Managing Partner
Matt is the Co-Founder and Managing Partners of Stonelight Capital Partners. Prior to founding Stonelight, he spent seven years at Cobepa SA, a middle-market private equity firm managing a $5 billion evergreen investment pool. At Cobepa, Matt helped establish the firm’s U.S. presence and played a key role in launching its New York office.
Before Cobepa, Matt was with Audax Private Equity, focusing on middle-market investments, and began his career as a management consultant at The Parthenon Group.
Matt is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and lives in Wilton, Connecticut with his wife and their two dogs. He is actively involved in his community and currently serves as Chair of Wilton’s Board of Finance

Norman is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Stonelight Capital Partners.
Norman is an accomplished four-time CEO and founder, recognized for his pioneering contributions to the financial services sector. With a proven track record of turning ideas into thriving businesses, he has delivered over $5 billion in value to both private equity and NYSE-listed investors. Norman is a trusted advisor to executives across industries—a reputation earned through decades of leadership.
He began his career in accounting, auditing, and tax, founding Dalessio, Millner, & Leben, a full-service accounting firm. He went on to launch DML Fund Services, DMLT, and Gen II Fund Services, which became industry leaders in back-office accounting, administration, tax, technology, and compliance services for the private equity sector.
In addition to his executive roles, Norman has served on the boards of numerous high-growth, private equity-backed companies. He has held key oversight positions, including Chair of Audit, Finance, and Risk committees. He also serves on several nonprofit boards, bringing the same level of dedication and insight to mission-driven organizations.interesting about your business here.
Operating Partner
Craig brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the digital infrastructure, technology, and media sectors. His career spans ILECs, CLECs, and MSOs across both wired and wireless platforms, having led businesses ranging from $50 million to over $1 billion in revenue.
Most recently, Craig served as CEO and Board Member of Logix Fiber Networks in Houston, Texas. He has also held senior operational roles at AT&T, Verizon, Charter/Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable), XO Communications, SunGard, and Transit Wireless.
Craig earned his undergraduate degree from Penn State University and holds an MBA from Georgetown University. He currently serves as an Independent Advisor to GroopView, a technology company focused on dual-camera functionality for mobile devices.
He and his wife, Allison, live in Bella Collina, Florida. In his spare time, Craig enjoys reading historical and period fiction, staying active, and playing golf.
